The Procuratorate Site Analysis And Design

On Oct. 1998, the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) put forward to carry out the activity of " opening procuratorial works" in procuratorial organs. In order to explore different ways of opening procuratorial works, the propanganda of procuratorial organs began to touch internet area. Now the society is in the time of internet, the tide of information engulf the globe, the internet is extending to every corners of society. The internet supported by computer, telecommunication and technology of information is becoming to be the link to connect whole informative society, various companies, organizations, groups, persons connect internet, establish its website on internet, to operate business contacts with the outside world, the internet has become to be a part of human life, it brings unprecedentedly effects on human living style, working style, the structure of society industry and national economy. On 1999 "the project of government internet" was carried out officially, the websites of procuratorates sprung up like bamboots after the rain, along with deepening of opening procuratorial works and strengthening procurator by technology, the amount of procuratorate websites increased immediately. After 9 years development, the constructure of procuratorate websites achieved certain successes on various fields, and became more clear and perfect on playing effects. Therefore it's not only necessary but also urgent to analyse and research the situation of construction of procuratorate websites, and to design and discuss the development of websites. This article takes the website of Linhai People's Procuratorate as an example, at first it introduces the outline of construction of procuratorate websites, the situation of construction of domestic procuratorate websites, researches the back ground of procuratorate websites, and the necessarity of construction of procuratorate websites. In the 2nd chapter, it analyses the needs of procuratorate websites, including analysis of procuratorial works and the needs of website systems. The analysis of works mainly introduces the organization structure of procuratorate and the procedure of works. And the needs of website systems analyses functional needs and non functional needs separately. In the 3rd charpter, it decribes the overall design of system, main points are the principle of system design, the frame of system technology, the overall structure of website construction. In the 4^th charpter, it analyses the design of website, it includes the design of website kee points, the setting up of columns, the design of function mould, and the design of data base. In the 5^th chapter, it lists the situations of a part of realized fuctions. At the last, it summarizes the system.
