Design And Realization Of Internet Public Opinion Precaution System For Procuratorial Organs

Along with the rapid development of internet, the internet public opinion israpidly becoming an important way of reflecting conditions of people. In view of thedisorderly strategies the procuratorial organs adopted in dealing with public crisises,it’s necessary to establish a technology platform that can offer emergency disposalschemes both timely and thorough, to provide the procuratorial organs with aneffective linkage mechanism to submit messages and made feedbacks about publicopinion among procuratorial organs at all levels.At present, all the procuratorial departments have established internal networksand networks to communicate with the outside world. In order to control the negativeinformation about procuratorial organs over the Internet, we build up the PublicOpinion Detection System, which will search and analyze public opinion informationrelated to procuratorial work.Meanwhile, in consideration of the actual needs of the procuratorial organs, wedesign the overall scheme of the Early Warning Information System for networkpublic opinion, consisting of the Data factory subsystem and Portal subsystem, bothof which includes several modules. In this paper, these modules are detailedlydesigned and implemented.
