And designer uses struts, servlet, EJB, hibernate and other technology to develop this system. In addition, the system will apply the current popular database SQL SERVER 2012.The core business of this system includes the subcontractor management, professional subcontract management, risk warning management, report management, basic settings. The subcontractor management module realizes the labor team management, tender services management, labor contracts, labor inspection work, labor payments, labor use, service workers payroll accounting, appraisal services, education training, rule regulations, labor inspection team record performance, bond registration, performance bond repayment. Professional subcontract management module realizes the professional work experience subcontracting cost management, professional subcontracts, sub-professional work experience. Risk warning management module achieves the risk warning value set and payment risk warning. Report Management module includes the labor report management and professional subcontractors. Basic Settings module implements the subcontractor management basic set and professional subcontract basis set.The system is designed to truly solve the loopholes existing in the company’s management to make sure the requirements during the construction period, and to make the quality of the construction higher, and to save the project cost effectively, and realize the new target of information technology management.
