The rapid development of information today, full of dash information technologyknowledge and learning revolution. Now the social aspects of individual knowledge level hasreached the high requirements of hitherto unknown. The development of the Internet makesthe individual can not be limited to the study and development of school, family and unit, wemust be have the learning and consciousness ability through the development network. Thisrequires that we engaged in the modern educational technology and education researchers, tomore thinking method of network based on personalized learning, learning systems andplatforms to develop personalized, meet the development needs of people and society.With the wide use of the development of modern educational technology and Internet,more and more attention at home and abroad for the systematic research of personalizedlearning, personalized learning system will become the development trend of the new way oflearning. However, the current learning system development and design is not satisfactory,most of the learning system to system itself as the center, not fully consider the individualdifferences of learners and the personalized demand, the implementation of personalizedlearning in a free choice of learning time, learning place simple level, there is a huge space topromote development of individual chemical system. The scaffolding learning right into thepersonalized learning system is an important direction of current research on the scaffoldinglearning. Among them, in the learning system is a scaffolding learning into the basis ofpersonalized learning system for the realization of the scaffolding theory.In this paper, using the modern teaching theory, learning theory, system design theory,artificial intelligence theory and computer design and implementation of learning systembased on personalized support theory; research on learning support theory in the concreteimplementation of the system of personalized learning; analyze the learning system designexamples support theory based personalized and evaluated. Using literature research, surveyresearch, case studies and experimental research methods, the research and design of thelearning system based on the personalized support theory. By writing analysis and the systemdesign, the instance, the application frame theory in the personalized learning system isfeasible and practical conclusion, and through the evaluation of the system, that supportpersonalized learning theory in the application of the system can greatly improve the learning system is effective, can simplify the learning content, improve learning efficiency. Andthrough continuous learning system support theory based personalized use, the support theoryand practice experience, will enrich and argumentation support theory itself, and to providemore practical information for the scaffolding theory.This paper expounds the origin, purpose and significance of the system design in the firstchapter; the second chapter theoretical foundation for the research of system design andlearning support theory based personalized were summed up; in the third chapter has carriedon the system framework design; in the fourth chapter has carried on the concrete design; thefifth chapter to English learning system based on the theory of personalized vocationalsupport as an example to carry on the concrete realization and the case analysis, finally in thesixth chapter has made the summary and prospect.
