Research On The Personalized Learning Content Management System

With the rapid development of the network and multi-media technology, E-Learning is becoming a hot research and application field, at the same time, the development of E-Learning resources and learning management system is also attracting the experts' attention. However there are still two problems seriously preventing the construction of E-Learning education. On one hand, referring to the curriculum content making aspect, the lack of making good use of the effective strategies to develop and display the course brings about the learning system and E-Learning content too rigid. At the other hand, with regarding to the organization and the management of the online course, the lack of giving enough attention to learners' differences in the knowledge levels, academic skills, learning styles and so on, the ignorance of monitoring learners' learning process, bring about it failed to achieve a constantly-adjusting learning path and apply the learning strategies in the learning process.In order to solve the two problems mentioned above, firstly, we adopt Learning Object to organize and manage the E-Learning resources, which make E-Learning resources reusable, sharing and exchanging. Secondly, based on the prophase research results (such as Learning Object, Learning Object Packaging Model, E-Learning Course Packaging Model), meanwhile, injecting the sequencing rules into the organization structure, we raise the sequencing E-Learning Course Packaging Model to support the personalized learning process by dynamically adjusting the release orders of the learning contents. In the end of the paper, we put forward the implementation algorithm for the strategy, and then build the personalized learning content management system.The research in the issue provides an efficient way to support the share and reuse of the E-Learning resources, and provides an approach for personalized E-learning, especially learners'personalized learning process.
