In building the concept of lifelong learning society, the network learning gradually becomes an ideal choice to continue to learn after out of school. In the net learning environment, learners can study independently to achieve learning goal. At the same time, learners put forward higher-learning requirements for web learning and expect to acquire personalized learning service according to their needs.With further development of cognitive science, brain and neuroscience, and the maturity of network technology, artificial intelligence technology and data mining technology, individualized learning system have been perfected. At present, the research of personalized system from content arrangement and organization, learning strategies recommended and other aspects, and has obtained some achievements. But in online learning system, the research of learning guidance confined to network guiding link, significance and function, the specific content of learning instruction is only for hardware system and learning tools and have not the research of personalized learning instruction. When learners study in network environment, appropriate, timely and appropriate learning instruction can improve the students' learning, and can obtain good effect of learning.In this paper, on the basis of literature study, analyzed the personalization system, individualized learning guidance is an important part of learning system. Under the humanistic psychology and learning theory, analyzing influence of psychological capital on learners' learning behavior, formed the basis of learning instructions. Suitable for network learners psychological capital scale according to the questionnaire survey to receive basic data will be learning instruction is divided into three types. Eventually from network learning system, with the psychological capital for learners of personality traits, from network course ontology, curriculum content, learning methods, learning motivation, learning progress, learning resources, respectively through the influence of psychological capital four dimensions: self-efficacy, toughness, hope, optimism on learning behavior, constructed different types of learning instruction system to adaptive learners in online learning for learning guidance of need in the system, forming a personalized learning guidance system.
