It is necessary to sort micro-blog rumors and understand thetransmission rules of micro-blog rumors spread, in order to develop a deeper understanding ofmicro-blog rumors.Second, in view of the diversity and complexity of micro-blog rumors, this article surveysthe formation mechanism of micro-blog rumors from multiple perspectives including socialbackground, technical motivation, psychological factors and the users own,in order to reflectthe rumors generation more accurately.Third, grasp multiple paths through which micro-blog rumors spread, by analyzinginfluential micro-blog rumors case. Take into account of various communication forms ofinteraction on the micro-blog platform pushing the spread of rumors, and bring micro-blogrumors communicating through the mass media and communicating from the internet to the reallife into the propagation path. Make analysis of interactive agenda-setting between micro-blogand the mass media and the process that the mass media is directly involved in transmitting. The propagation law and the trigger mechanism of micro-blog rumors from internet to the reallife are learned further.Fourth, based on mastering the general characteristics of micro-blog rumors, emphasizethe self-purification mechanism which plays an important role in purifying the rumors, andsummarize the construction of self-purification system and the operating process of self-purification system, and also put forward the necessary prevention and control strategies, so asto make a correct view of the relationship between autonomy and heteronomy and provide ideasto dispel rumors more effectively.In a word, this paper mainly make the research on the formation mechanism, diffusionpaths and resolution strategy about micro-blog rumors to master the propagation rule ofmicro-blog rumors. Take dialectical view of micro-blog which can also spread and deny rumorsby mastering the rules. Through the combination of purification and measures of prevention andcontrol effectively shorten the life cycle of micro-blog rumors and purify the micro-blogenvironment.
