A Study On The Mechanism Of Formation And Preventive Control Measures Of Micro-blog Rumor

The micro-blog, as the “we media” tool of Internet age, with it s low threshold, convenient, real-time and other technical advantages which gets in favor of the netizens and becomes the most important platform for the exchange of information. However, scientific techn ology is a double-edged sword.On the one hand,the we-media can pr ovide the convenience for informative communication;but on the othe r hand, it does benefit for the reproduction of rumors. In recent years,M icro-blog rumors spread widely even it is blamed as a "rumor maker".Mi cro-blog rumors without constraints and liability do harm to individual li fe,credit of government and social development which have drawn exper ts and scholars’ attention, micro-blog rumors need to be controlled urgen tly. So, why does it become a micro-blog rumor disaster, and the for m of micro-blog rumor, how to maintain the public order of micro-bl og space? These problems are urgent to be researched and solved.This passage is based on the "the chasing beating incident of C angnan county of Wenzhou in April 19 th ",the collecting real-time data f rom April 19 th to April 23 th, in the perspective of social psychology,c ombining with related theories of communication science and psycholo gy,using the research method of combination of qualitative and quanti tative,analysising the formation mechanism of micro-blog rumors,i nterpreting the process. Finally, the author puts forward the preliminar y suggestions according to the great harm which comes from micro-blo g rumors for individuals and the society.The formation of micro-blog rumor is very complex,due to th e limited time and energy,the author can? t study all the reasons for its formation,only select a typical case and study it under the social background in transitional period.In order to provide the b eneficial exploration for the management of the cyberspace’s informatio n management,we can analysis the case model,restore the mechanism o f micro-blog rumor’s production,realize the transmit process,feedback an d interaction.Micro-blog rumors are not only the result of the social rea sons,like the law’s loopholes, the shortage of social trust;but also the in dividual psychological reasons, like vent psychology, rigid psycholog y, herd mentality. At the same time,some objective factors about the micro-blog which include the low threshold,the fragmentation,th e deletion of guards,the spreading of light is also not to be ignor ed. It has showed that the transmission of micro-blog rumors is d iverse and regular,which has changed from brewing,upgrading t o erupting,quelling.To a certain extent,it reflects contemporary s ociety psychology,which contains the expansion of the individual se lf-efficacy, in the cyberspace,the cognitive dissonance,the collective memory and the cluster agitation.The author also offers the specifi cally operational suggestions for the micro-blog rumors through thr ee aspects,the the government, the society and the individual.
