Forest fire is one of the most serious natural disasters.The prevention and fighting of forest fires are complex systematic engineering projects, which need strong technical and scientific jobs.It is a major research topic for the scientific researchers in forestry field.This paper is targeted at integrating the intelligent mobile terminals with B/S model to realize the functions of fire-fighting resources positioning and intelligent scheduling,which can support forest fire prevention work.The major work of this paper is as follows:First,some fire-fighting resource scheduling strategies adaptive with southern area in china are proposed based on analysis and summary of domestic and foreign fire-fighting resource scheduling strategies.Then a set of effective fire-fighting resource scheduling instructions are designed for commander and fire fighters. After receiving and corresponding the instructions, firefighters can fight fire accordingly.Second, fire-fighting resources positioning and intelligent scheduling system is designed and developed based on Android and B/S model.Fire-fighting resources positioning system, one of its subsystem, can locate the position of single fire-fighters and fire-fighting cars, and send instant disaster situation to server. Another subsystem, the fire-fighting resources intelligent scheduling can send fire-fighting resource scheduling instructions collaborate with forest fire simulation real-timely and scienti-fically.The whole system,capable of adaptive and flexible performance,does well in solving the problems of real-time mobile terminals positioning and not-in-time sending of scheduling instructions and is able to help the forest fire commanders to collaborate fire-fighting resource monitoring and scheduling. |
