Agricultural land resources investigation is one of the basic work of agricultural production management. The workloads of present situation resources of investigation traditional agricultural land and the data collection are extremely huge. This paper presents a system of agricultural land check based on the mobile GIS industry, to realize outside checking of the agricultural land information. A scientific and efficient data acquisition system for agricultural land use is formed by the indoor interpretation system.This study takes HTML5, PhoneGap and JavaScript as the basic frame. Rely on our laboratory to independently know intellectual property GIS platform software. Design and implement a layer of hierarchical management, rapid positioning, survey and tagging, plot attribute view, offline map management and other functions, effectively improving the accuracy and scientific data acquisition.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper discusses the profiles of mobile GIS application, model of technology development and the selection of the study briefly.(2) Introduces the contents of the system’s overall design of mission requirements, functional design and technology roadmap.(3) Research on the key technology system implementation, analyzing of the specific features case.(4) Describe the details of implementation methods and functions of all functional modules in the survey system.This thesis has made a research on the following aspects:1. The navigation track record and GPS position function are achieved by using the integrated positioning technology, and the service is provided for the field operation.2. Use file API technology to realize download offline massive map tiles and the vector geographic data. The data was stored in the mobile device beforehand. Enhance the user experience in the unstable network speed and save network traffic costs.3. Use native camera function to collect photos of farmland and make atlas library of remote sensing images, and providing the basis for indoor judgment of agricultural land data in the future.
