With the rapid development of information technology and overall observation, the development of mobile Internet has become a trend which cannot be ignored. It inherits the advantages of both mobile and Internet. At present the number of mobile terminal users has exceeded the number of PCS users in the world, and the number of the mobile terminal is growing fast, in which the proportion of the mobile terminal carrying Android system is becoming bigger and bigger. It is a phase when3G technology is growing rapidly and4G technology is used experimentally. Mobile Internet is to be such a big market that many international and domestic big companies which produce mobile terminal are grabbing market shares in the field of mobile terminal. The emergence of the Android system leads to more opportunities and challenges in the field of mobile terminal. Because the Android system is based on the Linux kernel and has the characteristics of open source and being free, it is greatly supported by the majority of developers and vendors.The research topic of this paper is Design and Implementation based on the Android mobile terminal. In the aspect of hardware we adopt Tiny6410development board provided by the company of Friendliness arm. In the aspect of software we adopt the Android system and the Java language, etc.At first, this paper expounds the background of the topics, including the current situations of mobile terminal operating system, characteristics and advantages of the Android system, purpose and significance of the research, status and content of the research aroud the world; Second this paper briefly expounds every part of the system function and the core idea of every function, then elaborates the working principle of the system in detail:this system is designed in the way of combining software and hardware. And with S3C6410ARM chips as the main control center, audio module and wi-fi module as the peripheral structures, it realizes the system function by using the local area network (LAN) communication technology. According to the characteristics of the Android system, we get the construction method of the system development environment, and the method of downloading the source code and compiling the source code. We mainly introduces how to design and operate the various modules in the system, and how to realize the system innovation; Finally, we conclude that through this system we can make calls, send and receive information, transfer file and search hot topics quickly between terminals.This system builds a Tag Cloud, users can add the website which often browsed to the system, the website displayed on the desktop by animation, which make it easy to use for the user and realized the application innovation. The design and implementation of this system provides a reference for development of similar systems.
