Therefore, it is necessary to design and implement a push notification system allowing the user to have access to information automatically.The system uses Microsoft’s Windows Azure cloud computing platform, with cost savings and scalability strong advantages. System modules include information processing module, Web management module, memory module and mobile phone client. Information processing module is the core of the logic of the system, and Web management module provides a system administrator to use the Web management interface, and memory module uses the Windows Azure storage services including queue service and table service. Mobile phone client features include:SSL certificate, login/logout, registration, push notification service, new alert, view push and view record. Information processing system running on the cloud servers through Microsoft Push Notification Service (MPNS) will push the information to the user’s mobile phone to remind.
