The Design And Implementation Of A Lawyer Information Service Software Based On Cloud Computing Platform

With the influence of Internet plus era,information technology has change the society which can change the work mode and service mode.At present,there are many law firms;the most law firms still use telephone communication to deal with lawyer service business,it has many defects,such as the efficiency is very low,and it can't expand the business.Based on the above reasons,it is necessary to realize services online.This thesis discusses the lawyer information service system based on cloud computing,the cloud computing technology and cloud storage technology are used,it can improve the efficiency of resource utilization,and realize the distributed management of lawyer service information.This paper describes the cloud computing system for lawyer information service from the aspects of requirement analysis,outline design,detailed design and code compilation.Through comparative analysis,this paper decided to use JAVA as the development language under the B/S structure,and SQL Server as the background database.In the requirements analysis phase,the first requirement by the questionnaire for lawyers information service cloud computing system,the system is mainly composed of online services,disputes,legal services,review basic data management and system security etc.,combined with the actual situation of the non-functional requirements.On this basis,the system is outlined and detailed design.According to the design scheme,the system construction is completed.In order to make the cloud computing system for lawyer information services deploy smoothly to the law firm,the relevant test cases are designed and tested at the same time.At the same time,the non-functional requirements of the requirements analysis phase were tested,and finally the problems were solved and optimized,and ultimately achieved stable and easy to use design goals.System innovation in the following several aspects,first use of efficient allocation of cloud computing technology is used to realize the law of information service,improve the response speed,followed by the use of cloud storage technology for mass storage and realize service information,andfinally realize the automatic notification of dispute processing schedule using SMS notification technology.At present,the cloud computing system for lawyer information service has been deployed,which has played a very good role in the application process,and has the characteristics of practical and good performance.
