With the rapid development of the central music operation department of Sichuan mobile wireless, the number of the wireless club members has reached more than 90 million by 2013, and is expected to rise up to 120 million by 2014. This membership scale expansion causes a geometric growth of department’s business volume, resulting in a rising pressure of PUSH for every business platform of the wireless music operation center.In the meantime, since part of the center’s operation business is handled by its partners, the risk of information security emerges along with the rising business volume. In this regard, China mobile Communications Corporation requests to strengthen the management of wireless music port10658830, disallowing partners to directly make PUSH to users via this port without permission. Besides, port control should also be applied to the entire internet music searching service from 10658830.To date, every platform is building its own PUSH service platform based on its business service center. Wireless music operational center is in desperate need of a unified cloud module for PUSH information service to enable a service platform with high concurrency, big data volume, high usability, and easy manageability. This suggests that this very system shall have high processing power(high concurrency), be able to reach all members(big data volume), have uniform interface with manageable access authentication(manageability), be cabable of information filtering for security, be able to back up lower level interface(fault tolerant), and etc.This thesis mainly describes the design and implementation of PUSH information service cloud module, and the module of the application system--the building process of port management system.PUSH information service cloud module possibly enables the platform to operate with high concurrency, big data movement, high usability, manageability by applying J2EE、ZooKeeper、ActiveMQ、Dubbo、Elasticsearch、Redis and etc.Wireless central music operation department of Sichuan mobile has implemented the system online since it published. The system does improve the operation and management performance on port 10658830, which significantly increases the capacities of business support, reduces the risk of information security issue. Some new functions and improvements are required during the operation. To explicate the practical performance, this thesis expatiates on the performance of the system operating in wireless central music operation department of Sichuan mobile. Last but not the least, this thesis, to ensure the system developed and applied constantly along with the growing business, visualizes amelioration methods to those mentioned requirements and problems.
