| As a new media, the micro-blog in China has experienced its own early stage "innovation-diffusion". The technology architecture of micro-blog platform has been basically sound; the users’habits have basically formed; its application in investigating public opinion, daily life, marketing, government has become more mature. Micro-blog, in accumulated period, can be more realistically scanned its mode and characteristics of transmission, more deeply discussed the transition such as social interaction, social structure, political communication occurred around it. The research of micro-blog is corresponding with new levels and stages.This paper combines qualitative and quantitative studies, discusses issues related to the ideal speech situation of Microblog from the theoretical and empirical aspects in the framework of the theory of communicative action. The theory of communicative action is professor Habermas’key findings after he completed his linguistic turn in philosophy from early instrumental rationality to communicative rationality paradigm shift. The analysis of communicative action specification centering on "communicative rationality", reflects Habermas late medium criticism thinking. The first chapter reorganizes and reviews the related research literatures, defines some related concept. The second chapter backtracks the course of the application of the theory of communicative action in researching media, and then construct a theory path of analysis the ideal speech situation of micro-blog with communicative action theory. The third chapter surveys the users’ motivation, behavior characteristics, the distribution of the ideal speech situation of micro-blog topics and the possess extent of communicative rationality and validity proposition. The forth chapter make a number of recommendations aiming at these problems from surveys to make reference to promote micro-blog to ideal speech situation in the future. |
