The thesis carries on the modeling by the use of related modeling tools, and describes the realization of system. The whole system includes management module, teacher module and the student module. System to the training program as core, main way of training plan is the teacher to the students to learning, test task. The default program resources are divided into four categories, respectively is the knowledge theory course, should operation skills, knowledge, theory of evaluation assessment simulation operation. System maintenance and management is mainly used for platform management maintenance function. Including the system environment settings, system log management, system data backup, data reduction, the system home page scrolling picture setting.In the end, the thesis summarizes the function expansion and prospect of this system.At present this system still has many deficiencies, how to form the network teaching environment experiments and practice teaching, online testing, teaching quality assurance and monitoring, and network teaching mode to cultivate the students’quality education and innovation ability, or a process that requires long-term practice and research.
