With the constant development of computer technology and network technology,widearea network,local area network and other network services has become an integral part ofdaily life.At the same time,accronding to related statistics,due to the popularity of the networktechnology,each year the energy consumption brings by network and computer reached200million kwh.From2000to2009,the energy consumption of computer and network had anincrease of11times,analysis show that the requirements for energy was increasing year byyear.Network technology and computer technology bring convenience and efficiency,but alsothe energy issue.In the era which advocates green low-carbon economy,how to reduce theenergy consumption of network and the personal computer is becoming a new topic.As an important measure for China’s sustainable development,energy conservation isgradually becoming a trend.Therefore,this article introduces “The Design and Realization ofPower Management System Based on Network”,this system is controlled throughnetwork,reduces electricity consumption by managing the powering down energyconsumption,so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation within local area network.Firstly,this article describes the development of similar foreign software market,gives acompartion of various produces.Then the design method and implementation techniques ofthe system is introduced,which contains the environmental requirements of thesystem,database structure.After that it introduces and analyses the data obtained during thetest run in the enterprise and gives a report,which can also be used as a reference.The environment of test data in this paper is real enterprise.The analysis and predictiondata are divided into two groups named group1and group2.Respectively,each test group isapplied to the power policy and empty power policy.If there is no power policy applied,theactual power consumption and the highest power consumption should be the same.If there ispower policy applied,the difference between actual consumption and the highest powerconsumption is save power.This paper has the prediction of power consumption bymonth,quarter and year,and provides data to support for a large number of users of the system.
