| In recent years, with China’s steady economic rapid development, construction scale continues to expand, as widely used in architectural engineering construction hoisting machinery, due to the removal and installation, use of improper management, easy to cause safety accidents. How to effectively control and reduce the construction site of the construction safety accidents, heavy machinery to ensure the construction hoisting machinery normal and safe operation of the equipment, has become an important part of safety work in construction engineering.This paper discusses about the whole development process of building Tai’an City Urban Construction Bureau VB.NET hoisting machinery and special operations personnel management system based on. In the stage of system analysis, analyzes the work situation, Tai’an relevant government functional departments and the management of construction enterprises in Tai’an city to the construction hoisting machinery and special operations personnel management business process and functional requirements, then design the overall structure of the system, the system is divided into basic information management, equipment management, equipment management, for the record the change of property right management, equipment management, property management, and the cancellation of special personnel management and system management of8functional modules, and discusses the system realization of three layer system structure based on B/S. In the system design stage, first analyzes relates to each function module and database tables, according to the business process gives each function module of the entity relationship diagram, and then to the object-oriented way to set up the entity class and method of each function module, data access layer is realized by the stored procedure, ensure the security of data to the greatest extent, finally gives the realization of the main interface moduleThe development of the heavy machinery and special operations personnel management system to the building as the background, mainly do the following several aspects of the research:(1) building up information timeliness of heavy machinery and special operations personnel management, and the management process optimization. (2) considered the system security, authority distribution of users are designed in detail, and mainly in the stored procedure to realize data access layer function.(3) design system of business entity adopted the object-oriented design ideas, the business entity class encapsulation.The above research results to promote the Tai’an City Construction Bureau of building up dynamic management of heavy machinery and special operations personnel, provides the basis for the real-time and accurate for government and enterprise management and scientific decision-making, accelerate the construction hoisting machinery and special operations personnel management information construction process. |
