With the rapid rise of the Internet,the business volume of IP data is growing in localarea network, broadband metropolitan area networks must meet a variety of differenttypes of the bearing capacity of IP service,it makes that the traditional optical transportnetwork which is designed to meet the voice business is out of puff.The appearance ofDWDM gets a qualitative leap in the development of the optical networks. DWDM usesthe existing optical cable resources,it improves the communication capacity, get theoptical transport network have a strong expansion, it can carry the big business directly, soit can simplify the structure of the whole network, but restricted by the technology itself,IP or DWDM is just a transition form of the development of the optical network, OTNbrings new opportunities to the development of the transmission network once again, thenetworking skills of the OTN is very strong, OTN can provide the same large capacitybandwidth as the DWDM, it also can provide flexible management maintenance functionsfor the optical networks,but OTN also has its own disadvantages,it mainly includes thatthe error rate caused by configuring business is high, resource utilization is low,thenetwork management system is complex and so on. On this occasion, the concept of theintelligent optical network (ASON) was proposed and widely concerned. In recent years,the technical architecture, relevant protocols, standards and the device of the ASONtechnology have made great progress,so it is widely accepted in the industry and lays themainstream trend of development of the transport networks.Yanbian, Jilin Province is located in the border of China, North Korea andRussia,the regional environment is very complex,the eighth topography is mountainousand hilly; the laying and maintenance of the optical cable are very difficult,the optionalcable routing can be selected is unitary;therefore,we built the ring OTN system network atthe beginning, although we had done the OLP protection,it still did not withstand the testof flood which happened in2010,the flood led to the suspension of communication for along time,this thing leaked out the limitations of OTN; In order to prevent the similarmajor accident,we need further improve the optical transmission network,using the smartoptical networks technology to upgrade the original OTN ring type system to ASON meshnetwork system is an efficient way, it can make the transmission of business more security and more efficient, this article will make some reasonable evolution schemes for theupgrade.This article starts from the current situation, development and evolution of theoptical networks, studies variety of optical network transmission technology,finds that theoptical transmission technology is in line with the change of the business.In the beginning,the voice service is dominant,the PDH technology and the SDH technology can meet thedemand of transport;then the IP business increased, DWDM technology came intobeing;now the3G network is ripe,data volume is increasing fast, it makes the OTNtechnology exist everywhere;expected in the second half of this year, the TD-LTE networkwill be commercial,4G will also follow later,this will make the optical networkcomprehensively use the ASON technology possibly.Due to that the DWDM and OTN arethe foundation of the ASON technology, so this paper studies the characteristics andapplication of the DWDM and OTN technology in detail,it summarized the advantages ofthe both technologies in the light transmission,so it makes the advantages get maintain anddevelop in the process of the evolution from the optical transport network to ASON, as akey point in the research of the technology solutions. It will be adapted to ASON, networksecurity, QoS and other indicators.On the basis of the theoretical research,this paper discusses the current situation ofyanbian mobile optical transmission network in detail, including the overall architecture ofthe optical transmission network, the network system structure of OTN and the servicecarrying case;This paper offers the technical solutions of the evolution to ASONnetwork,including the technical characteristics, architecture and the research of the keytechnology of the optical cable network, it further determines the construction plan of theASON network and the multi-service bearer network in the future, makes introduction ofthe requirement in ASON for OTN equipment modification, the principle of the deviceconfiguration,installation requirements of equipment, layout principles, networkmanagement system and network designed scheme for ASON;At last, it tests on thetechnical solutions,including atuomatic network topology discovery function, end-to-endconfiguration of business, networking and protection of Mesh and the path restorationfunction.This paper analyses the problems and limitations of the existing Yanbian mobileoptical transmission network,expounds the necessity of the evolution to intelligent opticalnetwork, puts forward the technology program of how to build intelligent opticalnetworking on the basis of the existing transmission resources, provides direction and thought for the construction of the Yanbian mobile optical transmission network in thefuture,this paper has a certain guiding role. |
