Research On Construction Mode Of Provincial Branches Of Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project

Culture Information Resources Sharing Project is an important part in Public Civilization Service System. It sends the excellent cultural information to the urban and rural people by using modern communication technology, and it’s a national important cultural project. It can improve and enrich the cultural life of the masses, meet the cultural needs of different levels, and play an active role in reducing the gap of the development of culture information between region and region, or urban and rural.Provincial Branch is a connecting hub in the system of Cutural Information Sharing Project, has direct impact on the development of Cutural Information Sharing Project, but now much of the study on construction of the provincial branches is about summing up the experience or merely one aspect. So this paper takes the eastern areas as an example, explores construction mode of provincial branches of Cultural Information Sharing Project based on the analysis of the investigation, and makes the study ascending to the theoretical level.First of all, this paper begins on research bachground, elaborates the related problems and the original researches; summarizes the characteristics of Cultural Information Sharing Project, analyzes it with domestic and international similar projects to see their successful experiences.Secondly, this paper takes the eastern9provincial branches as an example, takes a survey by questionnaires and inquiring to missionaries and users, then makes statistical analysis on the data, to know the applications of provincial branches and users’demands. At the same time, also knew the views or plans of the provincial branches’ managers about the construction in future. Summarizes the achievement of the provincial branches in the past eigh year, and shortcomings.On the basis of investigation, this paper makes classification of provincial branches, to reflect the current main aspect of construction of them. According to the experience of the domestic and international similar projects, and researching data, this paper respectively constructs four construction modes from city information-based construction, resources construction, technology and service, and management. Finally, this paper constructs a total construction and development mode of provincial branches of Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project.
