The traditional measurement method for a piezoelectric element is based on the accumulation of experience, the equivalent method and approximate calculation by artificial. The measurement accuracy of the data and results is not only affected by the objective factors, but also by the influence of the subjective factor tester. In addition, the piezoelectric element quality is affected by many factors, each factor is the need for measurement and analysis, influence the measurement efficiency.The core technology of virtual instrument software, the software technology in the data analysis, resource management and intelligent control and other advantages, solve the problems in traditional measurement techniques encountered, contains a new measurement technique of computer, software, communication and control technology. Replacing a real instrument by software, not only can reduce the cost, but also can expand the function of the system. The effective management of resources and improve the utilization by communication technology. Because of these advantages of virtual instrument technology, therefore, this paper adopts virtual instrument technology, the use of LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument software development platform, the development of piezoelectric element testing system network based on multiple users.Firstly, this paper introduces the development of virtual instrument technology, the effect on improvement of piezoelectric element of the measurement system, and the current problems are analyzed. On this basis, put forward a design scheme of a piezoelectric element network measurement system based on virtual instrument technology, At the same time, the main technology application of this scheme, and its application method are introduced.Secondly, study on the effect quality of piezoelectric element, improve the traditional method by the interpolation algorithm. Design algorithm and implement the program, based on the theory and Practice.In addition, the design of network interactive program, based on the TCP/IP protocol. According to the need of system function, design of data exchange format, the specific definition of information, design and coding, decoding and transmission method of information and on this basis, the design of system architecture.Finally, the design and implementation of the client and server program, providing interactive UI has the advantages of simple operation by the Visual C# software development environment and SQL Server2005 database.The control end program for the hardware is developed, using LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument development environment. The system can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of measurement, but also can make full use of resources and efficient management.
