The Research Of Workflow Quality Management System Based On Expanded Activity Diagram

With the aggravation of the market competition,product quality becomes the essential means that enterprises survive in the competition. How to implement quality inspection managing to the properties of product effectively during the whole life cycle of the products producing, and make the properties of product improve constantly and continuously on the basis of guaranteeing is the research core and technological key of the management engineering of the quality. Among them, overall quality management theory and ISO9000 system particularly exert a largest influence on enterprise's quality work. Through the analysis to the overall quality management theory and ISO9000 system, can draw the conclusion that the development trend of quality management is the course -oriented management. On the other hand, with the constant aggravation of the market competition, the mode of production, type of operation and management style constant change too. Enterprises want to adapt to the fierce market competition, an important respect is the support with enterprise's information system. The management information and procedure automation of the information system are the most important. The information system must have flexibility, in order to adapt to the complicated, changeable enterprise administrative situation, adapt to the change of the procedure. The information system must guarantee efficiency, and efficiency comes from the automation of the procedure. For this reason, the paper introduces the workflow technology which is the representatives of automatic technologies to the enterprise information system on the basis of analyzing traditional development mode. Through analyzing the basic conception of workflow technology and the workflow management system, we put forward an expanded activity diagram based workflow modeling technology. On this basis, we propose workflow management system which includes organization model, resource model, information model, etc. Finally, according to the model put forward, the solution of the quality system based on workflow technology is provided to facing pharmacy manufacturing enterprise. At present, the analysis and design of the solution have already been finished, it was deployed in a large-scale pharmacy of enterprises and makes a good result.
