The Research And Application Of The Software-as-a-Service Model

With the development of cloud computing and the maturity of application software,SaaS(Software as a Service) as an application form of coud computing draws more and moreattention. SaaS means software as a service. Comparing with traditional software service model,SaaS ISP builds all network infrastructure, hardware and software operating platform forenterprises used in the information technology. And SaaS ISP takes the responsibility of all thepre-implementation and maintenance work. Enterprises only need to pay for the software rentalfee periodically. Enterprises can use the software services. So it can eliminate the buying,building and maintaining IT infrastructure and effectively reduces the cost of overhead.Softwares based on the SaaS model abroad has been recognized and application for more andmore enterprises. The development of CRM based SaaS model has achieved considerablesuccess, but the mobile CRM system based on the SaaS model which is for the small andmedium-sized mobile operators is still in the theoretical study and the early stages ofdevelopment.Multi-tenant is the main feature of SaaS whose service model leads to the different databasedesign with the traditional model. The key technologies of data layer in SaaS model includemulti-tenant technology, data expansion technology, configurable technology and scalability.This paper analyses the key issue and solutions of the data layer in SaaS model and of thefunction and structure of the permissions management module of mobile CRM system.According to the key technologies and Maturity Model of SaaS, design and realize thepermission management module of CRM in SaaS model based on SOA architecture which isthree-class maturity model. This module realizes the expansion of table structure which can meetthe tenants needs without changing the structure of the database tables.
