The auto industry of our country has experienced the beginning stage. We are standing on the starting point of takeoff. The annual automobile productions and sales are increasing every year. The automobile consumption market has become more and more mature. The consumers require not only higher quality of the car, but also the more outstanding subsidiary factors with little relation to automotive quality. In the fierce competition environment, improving the automotive quality, how to meet some other details of consumer satisfaction is a big problem which many car dealers and manufacturers must face seriously.The papers mainly focuses on the customer satisfaction evaluation system of the distributors、manufacturers、consumers. It analyzes the background, significance and status of research and so on. It designs the customer satisfaction evaluation system according to the cycle of automobile pre-sale、sale、the after-sales.The system consists of6two-level indexes,18three-level indexes,90four-level indexes. The detail analysis weighting method bases on multiple attribute decision making theory, as well as various methods of integrated application. The satisfaction evaluation system bases on AHP and entropy method to the multi fields of the specialists and customers’comprehensive evaluation method. It uses UML modeling method for system modeling and analysis, including using case diagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram. It also uses B/S technology and the advanced web page website to design the software Dream Weaver front design.It uses the flexible function of MySQL database for data management.It presents the user a reasonable design, novel style, and smooth usage evaluation system.
