In recent years, city is frequently invaded by some public emergencies happened suddenly, which emphasizes the necessity to build a city emergency command system. of stability and high efficiency. However, some multi-dimension model algorithms of reason and high efficiency play a crucial important action to build an emergency command system. Two typical multi-dimension models in an emergency command system, i.e. a gas diffusion model and a virtual roaming model, have been deeply studied and analyzed in this paper, and actions of the two model algorithms for system operation in stability and high efficiency have been explored too.The primary contents studied and practiced in this paper are summarized as the followings:Firstly, this paper systematically introduced technical architecture, reference architecture and reference model of the system, which laid the basis of the business platform against the research in this paper.Secondly, this paper proposed Multi-dimensional Gas Diffusion Model to simulate dangerous gas diffusion. While this model introduced expanded Gaussian model to forecast three-dimensional gas diffusion concentration, it also combined Wireless Sensor Networks with Gaussian diffusion model to realize the determination of the location of dangerous gas diffusion source.Thirdly, this paper introduced virtual roaming technology into the system to implement the Virtual Roaming Model. This model mainly researched how to use separately particle system and ant colony algorithm in3DMax to simulate approached of public accident and crowd evacuation in a roaming scene. The research contents of this model include:the path selection regulation based on the node dispersion degree and the pseudo-random ratio, the crowd evacuation behavior model based on adaptive-self ant colony algorithm to simulate crowd evacuation behavior when public emergency happened, the calculating method of the node dispersion degree and the pseudo-random ratio applied in the crowd evacuation behavior model, LOD detailed level model, and interactive implementation method, etc.Finally, this paper showed the application effects of the Gas Diffusion Model and Virtual Roaming Model in the system.From the theoretical research, practical application and effect showcase, this paper fully demonstrated the important role of reasonable and efficient multi-dimensional model algorithm on the establishment of the Emergency Command System.
