With the improvement of chip technology and manufacturing process,GPU graphics rendering capabilities have achieved a leap-forward development,which makes VR technology widely used in games,education,tourism and other fields because of its interactivity,immersion and conception.In recent years,there are more and more frequent accidents in the field of industrial manufacturing,which has resulted in loss of personnel and property.Although the traditional emergency command can effectively reduce the loss,it can't be frequent implementation due to high cost,low security and other factors.Therefore,it has great significance to study the emergency command based on virtual reality technology.The thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the emergency command system based on virtual reality,and deeply studies the realization of scene display and emergency command.Firstly,the thesis introduces the research progress of virtual reality,analyzes the model and related technology used in virtual scene,and summarizes the advantages of virtual reality system based on technical characteristics and application areas.Secondly,the thesis designs and builds the model needed in the virtual scene by using Open GL,then connects the scene into the Rift helmet and realizes the position and rotation of the head,which completes the display of the virtual scene.Thirdly,the Logitech G29 API is connected to the interactive control sub-module to realize the interactive control of the unmanned vehicle and UAV model.Meanwhile,perspective transformation of the scene and the command model are realized by using the event processing mechanism provided by Open GL and SDL.There is also collision detection for incident warehouse in the process of emergency command,which enhances the sense of reality and immersion.In addition,the thesis designs the synchronous communication framework of the virtual helmet end and the panoramic,and realizes the synchronization of the data information and disconnection,which ensures real-time synchronization of the scene.Finally,the thesis completes the test of system function and performance.The experimental results show that the emergency command system based on virtual reality can be applied to the emergency drills of simulated accidents,which has high immersion and stable performance.At present,the system has been applied to Datang Telecom's virtual reality system display.
