In recent years, as the global economic integration, strong momentum of development has been showed in a various of industries. However with the rapid development, safety production problem has been growing worse day by day. Social stability and people’s daily lives are threatened, and also the country’s advanced economic development is affected. Therefore the safety production problem has aroused various industries’ attention for safety production work throughout the country. Safety production supervision and management organizations have been set up for a variant of government from nation to districts throughout the country.With the development of high innovation technology, in order to push an innovating development for the safety production supervision and management work of Shanghai Minhang district effectively, and to enhance the strengths of supervision and management and mastering and control of safety production for the relative enterprises of the district, designing a safety production supervision and management system was proposed by the government of Minhang district with modern computer information technology, and it would be used to realize the prevention mechanism and safeguard system for safety productions.The applications of some related techniques in the safety production supervision and management system have been studied and practiced in this paper based on data analysis techniques such as Visio automation, dimensional data analysis, time series forecast and etc.The primary work studied in this paper is summarized as the followings:1. Based on B/S framework, the data analysis subsystem of safety production supervision system is implemented in.NET platform. The overall structure of subsystem is divided into four layers, the view layer, the business layer, the data access layer and the data entity layer. The application of the extension thinking from the MVC design pattern reflects the versatility and flexibility in the design of functional modules.2. After data analysis of supervision departments, with the technology of Visio automation, the relationship of supervision departments is automatically generated in affiliation graph. It would be easy to clearly show the different periods of responsibility affiliation.3. Through the analysis of the business model of a relational database, the establishment of a multidimensional model provides a statistical method of multidimensional data queries. It enables users to define statistical dimension according to their own needs.4. Applying time-label attribute to ledger of enterprises’ self check and supervision departments’supervision check, the analysis of examination and evaluation for any time periods is implemented. It helps to effectively mine and properly resolve the significance of the historical data.5. Brown thrice-exponential smoothing forecasting model is applied to predict the different industry accidents. For safety production management decision-making of government departments and safety production planning of enterprises, forecasting results have reference value.The study, design and implementation of production safety supervision system of data analysis subsystem meets the needs of practical application of the safety production supervision, and provides a prototype system for the important part of the system. The data analysis subsystem helps to analyze and assess production enterprises on production safety self-check, and the supervision of the supervision departments as well.
