The Design And Implementation Of The Web-based Property Services Regulatory System

With the popularity of the rapid development of IT and business information,living environment and the competitive environment has changed dramatically.Electronic information and data unification played a pivotal role in today’s business.Incomplete data for residential property in the region, backward managementbetween departments is difficult to form a joint force of the status quo, while themanagement of various departments involved in the cell is fragmented, lack of aunified information management tools, district standardized management processcannot be implemented in information sharing. Therefore, the development of a set ofproperty information management system, to make the property information databaseis imminent.This paper analyzes the status quo of the current domestic and foreign propertyinformation management system, combined with the actual work of the staff of theConstruction Bureau, was designed and implemented a Web-based propertyinformation management system. The system adopts B/S structure, using ASP.Net andMS SQL Server database, with easy to use, scalable, strong, simple operation andfeatures. The main function of the system including user management property projectinformation entry to modify the property project query statistics, electronic maps,property management and statistics, information input of the industry committee andgeneral management, property contract expires prompt industry Committee maturityprompt and SMS/E-mail notification functions to meet the construction Bureau ofproperty projects in the area and property companies, regulators, staff fromcumbersome paper files, freed by the computer system convenient to complete theregistration information such as property management, access, summary, statisticalfunctions, improve the efficiency of property regulation in the region and provide abetter service for the majority of building owners and property management company.
