Then,the paper introduces selections of control system, communication mode, configurationsoftware for automatic production line of the flat type lens or keyboard of mobile phone andthe control system design for whole line. After then, the paper introduce the detailed designfor automatic production line of the flat type lens or keyboard of mobile phone. Also describethe system integration for autommatic production line of lens or keyboard, including PLCcommunication network and the cofiguration software project of whole line. This design usethe N:N network to communication between PLCs, through Ingenious application of N:Nnetwork, make the main conveyer machine and the other sub-machine become one system,realize the system integration for automatic production line of flat type lens or keyboard ofmobile phone. Finally, the paper described the debuger and the test run for automaticproduction line of flat type lens or keyboard of mobile phone. In the process of debugging,there are some technical difficulties, the paper introduce the solutions of technical difficultiesand cycle time matching problem.
