As the rapid development of mobile communication technology,wide application of mobile terminal and the continuous improvement of its performance,development and application of mobile streaming media has become a new hot spot. And because mobile network signal transmission’s far distance,easily disturbed by construction,unstable, transmission delay and other characteristics,etc,developing a high performance,good user experience quality of mobile streaming media application difficult.This paper mainly researches and implements a high performance mobile streaming media system,it’s main functions are Internet protocol television and audio and video real-time publishing.Main goal of this paper is Optimizing the load capacity of concurrent access of a large number of users,improving the response speed of switching TV channel,and the implementing the function of real-time smooth publishing high definition audio and video.At first, this paper states the background of mobile streaming media technology, and puts forward the content and significance of the research, and then the organizational structure of this paper. Then, the key technologies of mobile streaming media related to this paper are introduced, and the related technical fields are discussed and studied. In the third chapter, it describes the overall framework of the system design and Implementation, and focuses on detailed introduction and analysis the the various functions of high performance of the mobile streaming media system. Through the analysis of the function of the system, the overall framework design and implementation of the system is given. The fourth, fifth, and sixth chapter respectively introduces the mobile terminal buffer sharing subsystem, Internet protocol television channel fast switching subsystem based on pre loaded, and audio and video real-time publishing subsystem. In the seventh chapter, the system is tested, and the measurement results are analyzed. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospects for the future work.In conclusion,this paper mainly completes the research and implementation of high performance mobile streaming media system,functions related to the mobile terminal buffer sharing subsystem, Internet protocol television channel fast switching subsystem based on pre loaded, and audio and video real-time publishing subsystem architecture design and implementation are more innovative work. So that a large number of users can watch online TV show smoothly on the same time,and provide a better user experience quality, allowing users to switch on the channel and can not feel the time of waitting for the buffering. Users can also publish audio and video that mobile terminal captured. From the practical point of view, this paper’s high performance mobile streaming media system has good application effect.
