The assembly line products packaging equipment control system is a complex computernumerically controller (CNC, Computer Numerical Controller), the need to control severalprocessing lines integrated in a device. It is widely used in product packaging, productprocessing,digital product initialization (personal) and other areas.The typical application isthat IC card package initialization and all kinds of labels are printed. With bank card ICphysical networking and the popularity of smart card, the user needs for such equipment willrise sharply.As encapsulated products initialization operation is often dynamically determined byspecific users, such as the mobile phone SIM card and writing initial information to the bankcard.So the need to have the enough configurability and requiresscalability in the controlsystem-flexible functionality; On the other hand, as the designer and manufacturer of suchdevices should design and produce a wide variety of equipments according to constant changewith the needs of users.If each of the different equipments needs to develop a new controlsystem,which can not meet the demand for quality and progress. Therefore, there is a need todevelop a general device service (General Service) to achieve high quality and high efficiencyof the development in such flexible assembly line control system.General device service (General Service) highly abstract the methods and interfaces ofequipment used in industrial assembly line for the upper equipment. These methods andinterfaces encapsulated into an abstract common base class (the GS base class). Assembly linecontrol system can solve the following problems: Firstly, to meet the the flexible functionalrequirements of the industrial assembly line control system; Secondly, has a strong softwarereuse and can guarantee the quality and progress of the software development;Thirdly,has avery strong openness and scalability, applicatable equipment can join facilitately the rapidly.Therefore, strive to do the general equipment infrastructure services for the development ofindustrial assembly line control system has a strong practical and far-reaching significance.This article is based on one instance in the industrial assembly line control systems-bank card personal production control system, in which implemented general device service by theJava language is used. We have implemented the device general infrastructure service, and wedeveloped an efficient and stable control system for bank card production base on the service.Through the test of actual production,the upper device can join the this general deviceservice easily and the service can constitute a high-speed and stable concurrent control systemwhich has greatly increased the efficiency of the production.
