With the rapid development of network technology, nowadays more and more people use the internet, the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's life. Due to the popularity of the network, many job seekers and university graduates can use online recruitment to search for job. Online recruitment provides a very good platform for enterprise, in order to get the related personal information, the recruitment unit can only search keywords in the recruitment website while the talent resume record in the talent pool. It is convenient and efficient for enterprise to recruit new staff, the most important advantage is that it can save time and decrease the cost of the recruitment, besides enterprise can get a large amount of personal resume by this way. For the job seekers, Online recruitment definitely kill two bird with one stone. One side, job seeker can get the related enterprise's information and situation through the company website links. One the other side, they can directly search the post, fill the online resume and deliver the related attachment. The new recruitment method can help people save time and avoid the waste of paper of resume, diploma certificate and so on. It has been inconvenient for the traditional local recruitment to find the high technology talents. The local recruitment is limited to a very small part, even though some recruitment information will be released, limited people can achieve the useful information and lots of people lost the opportunity to attend the interview. Therefore, online recruitment is a development trend in the future, and will gradually improve.This paper uses JSP technology, analysis the feasibility of the technology and realize the normal operation of the site. And that the technology will not be eliminated in the next few years for the majority of recruiters and job seekers services, It will also improve the deficiencies of the recruitment website.This system can meet the various needs of some enterprises online recruitment, ensure the recruitment work smoothly, convenient, fast, time-saving, economic efficiency for the employer which is the biggest characteristic. At the same time to facilitate job seekers to resume, to improve the retrieval efficiency, build an effective job search platform for job seekers and employers.
