As frequent natural disasters in recent years, earthquakes, typhoons, heavy rainsand other weather disasters had a significant impact on the people’s production andliving. In order to accurately forecast the sudden changing weather conditions, thegovernment and people virtually bring increasing pressure on the meteorologicalobservation sector. Only ensuring timely and accurate observation, and doing strict dataanalysis and statistics, it is possible to accurately predict the meteorological changesthat may occur in the next period of time, and then protect the life and property safety ofthe country and the people at utmost. As the saying goes:“The man must sharpen histools if he is to do his work well”, it requires a set of stringent norms to ensure all theverification process of the meteorological testing equipment, and a dependablecertificate to guarantee the verification result at the same time. In order to ensure thesecurity and reliability of the meteorological observation equipment, we have only to dostrict calibration to them. Meanwhile, it can also reduce the pressure of themeteorological department staff and the excessive dependence on human resources ofthe meteorological calibration, and then improve work efficiency.System development process is carried out in strict accordance with the softwaredevelopment process, analysis the meteorological equipment test at this stage thedrawbacks and problems, as well as the equipment meteorological test departmentmeteorological certification process requirements and test specification and Researchfrom similar projects at home and abroad in the analysis of summed up the prospects forthe use of the project. Based on the above views from all aspects, form the backgroundof the project development. The system design mainly includes3function roles: customer, calibrating people and the administrators. The preparationbefore the customers submit the equipment and the work after the calibrating peoplefinish the verification are mainly described in this article, including: registration of theuser, setting of the commissioned unit, submission of the instrument, query of theinstruments status and calibrating information and the retrieve the instrument.Verification means calibrating the instrument and final release the verificationcertificate.
