Comprehensive observation project related meteorological characteristics because of variety,large amount of data is often very complex and large scale of the system,which is composed of different observation contents various functions of different sub system and its data products derived module closely interrelated,mutual coordination,the final combination constitute the whole of a form of.The construction of the project cycle is very long,the division process is complex,various,involving factors from acquisition to transmission,analysis,monitoring,treatment,uplink,downlink,local management,development and reuse and product related meteorological service and many other aspects.The integrated system is so complex,both in data and information processing capabilities are urgently in need of management levels of usage function or powerful.Therefore,imminent increase this demand meteorological industry informatization level.Research,development and promotion of comprehensive meteorological observation platform,information teclhnology focuses on lifting system at the same time improve the platform function of the meteorological service platform is the most important task at present.Based on the meteorological observation platform in the actual application requirements,the data model from the database design,database structure design,physical structure design,the meteorological observation platform database conducted a series of design and analysis.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the database performance optimization analysis,the application layer and the underlying design of the database optimization,this paper has discussed the table with a table,index,query,query algorithm and cache and data access on optimization design and verify,and various optimization methods based on the analysis and experiment contrast,discuss out for this platfonn is more reasonable and effective optimization method,and the different environmental conditions to quantify the effect of the optimized design scheme evaluation.And in the final summed up several widely applicable to the industry platform or this kind of system database design method and optimization means or optimization measures.
