The Design And Implementation Of Meteorlogical Station Ground Observation Data Application Service System

Since the national meteorological departments of large-scale construction of digital meteorological historical data, the province’s meteorological department database has accumulated a large number of meteorological data types since the meteorological observation records many (such as:the ground observation data, high altitude data, radar data), the rapid growth of type and quantity of meteorological data, the meteorological data in a single database memory in the form of manual search, process cumbersome, unable to meet the forecasters increasingly on meteorological observation data graphical display of the demand, the ground observation data and forecast and scientific research for forecasters when using the meteorological observation data frequently, the most representative. The ground meteorological observation data is real-time recording temperature, air pressure, relative humidity, rainfall, wind speed and wind direction and other meteorological elements of continuous observation data, this study is the application service system designed to promote the province’s meteorological station ground observation data visualization level.This paper introduces the architecture of B/S mode of the ground observation data of meteorological stations in the application service system, the main development tool ASP.NET technology, open source WEBGIS technology as well as in the data graphic display in the main application of Dundas Chart control, the Surfer drawing software, and how to combine the historical data and real-time data of meteorological stations, to achieve WEB graphical much demand dynamic output are discussed. Finally, the paper analyzes the design idea and form of the system function module.The platform since the operation, comprehensive treatment in Jiangxi province since87of ground meteorological observatory implemented since the station’s history and real-time data, established regular updates, data real-time additional, data preprocessing, reached the normative data reliable, product output and diverse, users quickly and easily the design goal, is a meteorological data graphic display of advanced application service system based on the Internet, provide visual information service for meteorological forecast and severe weather monitoring support.
