In the current society with learning， theOnline Education become an important way to make up open education system forlife. It has attracted more and more attention and has been widely used and advanced.The Online Test System (OTS) is important part in distance education supportingplatform. It is also an efficient means in network education teaching feedback andquality evaluation. At the same time, the OTS brings forward immensity challenges.The OTS suited for-learning with high efficiency， fairness， notarization， strictnessand on the safe side has received people’s attention gradually.The most important thing to the dissertation is to analyze and design and achievethe examination system based on internet. Such as: proposition，administer the base ofsubjects、automatic to form the examination paper，the platform to exam，automatic tojudge the examination paper， administer the examinee， promulgate the grade aboutthe examination、achieve to exam without paper. It seems that the project need toinclude the achievement of encryption science, calculation, network security,computer-aided design，and a series of computer technology in use, with the theoreticalstudy of higher value. The system adopt attestation on line， it encrypts examineeinformation efficiently. It is necessary not only to consider the synthesis andoptimization of the technology, but also to consider the individual technologies in-depthstudy and exploration. The system adopts B/S three-tier system configuration，theplatforms that I used are Windows Server2000，IIS5.0and ASP.NET. Backend databaseuse SQL Server2000，The development tool about Asp.net is Visual Studio.net. Theproject would achieve to include the achievement of encryption science, networksecurity, calculation, computer-aided design，and a series of computer technology.
