In this paper, the design and implementation plan of the online-test based on web and ASP.NET technology was proposed.In this paper, the system was based on the B/S construction; the newest .net frame was used to carry on the realization. Its characteristic is simple operation, the easy to operate and safer. This system has carried on the quite reasonable structural design based on the traditional test process, it includes identification authentication, trial question bank management, online test, the management of examines test papers, score management and statistical analysis, simulated test, system inquiry modules and so on. It has the functions of registers recognition, pulling out test questions stochastically according to requests, time grading, and many kinds of inquiry statistics way and so on. It can satisfy conventional request and guiding ideology of initial period design basically. SQL Server 2000 was adopted as database server, through the union of Asp.net technology and SQL Server 2000, a test platform suitable for multi-curriculum was realized finally. Using this platform, all things can be done easily, such as organize test in facility, grouped test paper reasonably, revise examination paper objectively, analyses examination paper, inquiry score. At last, the security control of this online test system was introduced. The system safety relates to two aspects, the server security and the test system security. The server safe establishment can guarantee the test system works normally and the procedure secrecy, prevent the visitor destroys the test system by illegal way; the test system security mainly refers to the data security and secrecy, must be able to guarantee test fair.
