The plan adopts the B/S architecture and implementsthe function of sharing and management of the property information. It can standardizethe businesses of the property management companies, the community of property andthe department of property management of government. It also can increases the speedand improves the accuracy of information processing and can make easy to exchangethe information between various departments.The system includes the modules of property management, the committee ofproperty owners, and the complaint system and so on. The property managementcompanies can commit the application of quality, review and etc. on-line through themodule of property management companies. The department of quality validating canwent through it and approves it online, and monitors the every style of data to make astatistic of various aspects of the all property companies in the city.
