Based On Gis Property Management System Design And Implementation

Nowadays, there are lots of problems in the management of higher schools' property, such as lack of effective and scientific management methods, and the inefficient using rate in real estate resources. Therefore, it is very urgent and crucial to improve and develop the efficient management level and optimize the allocation resources at colleges and universities. Of course, it is the best way to explore a series of the Digital Real Estate Management System (DREMS) in order to share the real estate resources at the maximum and management them at efficient level. The real estate information has typical space characteristics while the Geographic Information System (GIS) is a very powerful tool for collecting and processing the spatial data and graphics data, thus the problems in management of higher school's property would be easily solved on the base of this system. In this essay, the basic framework of Digital Real Estate Management System (DREMS) would be proposed and realized, and Shaanxi Normal University would be taken as an example.During the course of the construction and implementation of real estate management system, aiming at realizing the exchange of the data between the Real Estate Management System (REMS) and the University Resource Planning (URP) system that has already been built as well as ensuring the consistency of the correspondent data between the two systems, this article would adopt the half-way data replication method to solve the data exchange problem; aiming at the need of making elaborate real estate ichnography, this article would adopt the method of automatically protracting according to the obtained property's special data to solve the problem of the sources of floor plan; meanwhile, under the C/S model and GIS platform, the floor plan management issue would be settled with the method that floor plan would be transformed to binary system and storage in database. Therefore, after the above issues would be solved, a solid design and implementation foundation of the Real Estate Management System (REMS) would be established.The Real Estate Management Information System (REMIS) of Shaanxi Normal University is established with the GIS aid. Through using a series of key technologies and methods, the system's problems in data exchange, access to the floor plan data, GIS data storage and management would be solved, and the correctness of this essay's design thought would be validated by achieving the system and projects smoothly,. In addition, the system is worthy to extend and apply for the real estate management.
