| With the development of Internet, information resource has become one of the most important strategic resources in modern society. Intellectual property information is not only enterprise’s key competitiveness, but also most enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition under the background of the social stability and development, a necessary condition and reliable guarantee. Intellectual property information management system was designed and implemented in this paper,to provide users with the intellectual property information management, the function such as submitted, the examination and approval, and to provide leadership decision support by using the method of data analysis.The intellectual property information management system designed in this paper adopts the Spring + Hibernate framework, which improves the flexibility and extensible of the system. Through the analysis of product characteristics and user characteristics,the system is extracted from the four functions: data management, process management,statistical analysis and user management. The author designs and implements the following four modules:(1) data management module: the module is responsible for the establishment of a special database of intellectual property rights information, and collects and manages various forms of intellectual property rights, including proprietary and registered trademarks, which exist in various units at present. At the same time monitor the implementation of intellectual property rights and legal status, provide data import and export functions.(2) process management module: this module implements the process management of proposal approval and intellectual property approval.(3) statistical analysis module: which is designed for the leadership decision,realizes functions and data analysis functions including self-defining constraints, table item generation reports and other report management.(4) user management module: which realizes the management function of organization, user type and user rights.(5) feedback management module: the module is used for the system administrator to collect and specify the specific requirements of the unit users, and provide the basic data for the follow-up system construction and maintenance..The results shows that the intellectual property information management system meets the basic functional requirements and performance requirements and promotes the development of intellectual property management. At present, the project is in the internal testing and trial phase. |
