Capital market should follow the development of economy. The economy amount at the right time in China is so high, but the stock market is still very small. The joint-purchase, reorganization and direct financing of so many companies are running outside. The efficiency is relatively low and the risk and the cost are high. So that we can find, the development of the now existing capital market in China can not meet the requirement of the development of economy. The exchange of properties right is not transparent and the bureau makes no safety sense to both sides. Also inconvenience is one of the reasons.The article is firstly concerned on introduction the actual situation of property right exchange market and its background and function.Then focusing on some problems and troubles that property right exchange faces, analysis and solutions are here discussed.News section, capital section, project section, service section and BBS module are installed. Function and use of each are introduced.Each module is designed on system and data base. In this project, based on WEB2.0, tomcat is as web server, SQLServer is as data base, JSP+JAVABEAN is to display front and back page. 18 tables are designed, of which user table; new table and project table are the three most important tables.The structure of ENTITY and its using methods to close and install the database are introduced in this article. The realizations and codes of some important modules are given.At last the testing ways and results of this project are listed. Prospects of property right exchange, experience and conclusions during the carry out of the project are also illustrated.
