This thesis starts with thebasic theory of developing MIS system, involving developing process, platformselection, UML systematic modeling and data-base design approach, etc. And then itputs forward an integrated system management, property management, landmanagement, repair management, integrated query, the electronic map, the data-basedesign and systemic integration and deployment; thus further elaborates administrativeoffice system, housing management system, housing renting system and housingremoving system.The paper is to research the analyses, designing and implementation of the realestate management information systems. Considering system’s architecture, systemanalysis and design, database design, and with the exchange of data between othersystems, we are about to build a application of safe, perfect, flexible to extend and easyto maintain. In the aspect of technology implementation. Based on doc net developingplatform, the system is deployed in IIS6.0with SQL Server2005database developmentplatform. Doc net development platform, the design of relational database,object-oriented development technology are being researched during the whole processof the system’s implementation. It is thought the system should solve those followingfunctional modules till the end of the development: user rights management, real estateinformation and electronic records management, automated audit of existinginformation, property information, analysis and release.The property managing could be implemented by computer with the aid of thismanagement system. The data input, query, statistics, modification, printing and submitting could be accomplished by the system as well. The property managementsubstitutes those manual operations and enhances the working efficiency and precision,so that housing maintenance station could carry on more conveniently, rapidly andefficiently.
