With urban development, a variety of residential, commercial buildings, officebuildings, industrial plants and residential standards increasing. But the economicsystem in the original product formed under the housing management model for themanagement, conservation, repair the problem was already behind and do not showtheir applicability. Property Management System so it is very important.Firstly, a brief analysis of the status of development of China’s property industry.Although the implementation of the many new residential property management, butdue to insufficient investment management force, so there are a lot of residentialproperty management work merely look at the door, sweep the floor, fill trap,collecting garbage shallow level. Also, because of the lack of start-up fund ofproperty management companies, a variety of business and the poor service, resultingin being unable to recruit staff with high professional standards, coupled with thebackward management, so it is difficult to improve the effectiveness of themanagement of the property. Management area based on the original manual, becausethe work is very complicated, and thus to a lot of manpower, material and financialresources, thereby wasting a lot of resources of the community property.Based on the green groups need to develop a green property managementinteractive platform. Paper applied the J2EE platform, and the encryption algorithmusing JDBC methods such as using Oracle database as the back-end data storagetechnology. Complete park information management module, payment managementmodule, service management module, real estate information management module,temporary vehicle management module, personnel management and assetmanagement subsystem subsystem module module. One of the service management module, payment management module, vehicle management module implementationof modules studied.This article is divided into a total of seven chapters:The first chapter is an introduction, briefly describes the background to the study andresearch status of the property management platform system, and the main contents ofthis article.The second chapter analyzes the related technologies needed to realize the propertymanagement platform. Including J2EE, JDBC, ORACLE, and encryption technology.The third chapter demand for management systems from the perspective of theoverall demand and module needs to do a more detailed analysis.The fourth chapter from system architecture design, module design and databasedesign to completion of the three aspects of the design management platform.The fifth chapter explained from two aspects realization of the system, the are overallsystem module.The sixth chapter three systems tested, test theory, test cases and test results.The seventh chapter Summary and Outlook Green Property Management interactiveplatform.Green Property Management interactive research platform, to achieve theproperty of systematic, standardized management, to facilitate the use of the owners,query, and property owners to enhance the communication between the companies.
