"Sichuan Province National Tax System Training Application Software" Planning And Implementation

In order to develop a professional and high-qualified state taxation team, Sichuanprovincial state taxation system has regarded staff training as the main work to grasp.Training arrangement involves many participators and heavy workload every year, butat present, the management work is mainly through manual way for processing. Theregistration work of Sichuan provincial state taxation system exists the problem of lowefficiency, prone to error, data dispersion, etc. which affects the training quality.In order to improve training registration efficiency and ensure the quality oftraining management, this thesis through ASP.NET programming technology, using B/STechnical Framework, designed “Sichuan provincial state taxation system trainingregistration software”. It mainly focuses on the design and realization of rightsmanagement, data query and statistical function of the software. On rights management,we have designed a province-municipality-county-sub office four levels’ rightmanagement system, and controls the software’s data access and safe managementthrough hierarchy, duty and region. The department administrator can carry outpermission assignment through the system, which ensures system data safety andoperation stable. On data query and statistical function, according to the practical work,we designed training time, quota allocation, registration situation, staff informationquery model, which can realize the processing, analyzing and utilizing of trainingregistration data, and enhance the work efficiency of training registration management.Through the study of this thesis, the setup and deployment of the software, ourmajor achievements are as follows: firstly, work efficiency increased substantially. Thesystem realizes E-management of plan-making, quota-issue, online registration andtraining feedback, which enhanced work efficiency more than200%. Secondly, workquality improved substantially. Through checking mechanism of the system, trainingregistration management becomes more accurate and complete, which eliminate errorson class setting, staff management and training arrangement. Thirdly, the software issimple and practical. The system covers all the work of training registration, and theoperation is simple and flexible, which is easy to operate and spread.
