The graduate service platform of Shandong University has been better after decades of development and training.The database of the platform has recorded the information of the graduate student's personal,training,shows,graduation,degree and achievements.The platform has a lot of data and users,but it has more operations.In order to assist in decision-making,the teachers and administrators of the college and school need to obtain information from the database all the time.If the platform provides different query functions,it will not only leads to the data presentation single and inflexible,developers also need to do a lot of repetitive work to provide a variety of query functions.At present,we need to set up a data-rich query statistical system that is fully functional and can meet the needs of personalized customization.The system described in this paper is a comprehensive query statistical system that can satisfy managers for the need of query,multi-dimension analysis and reporting in a self-service way.After combing,graduate information is divided into several data topics.The system provides users with legitimate searchable and statistical content based on data topics and user permissions.The query configuration model allows users to describe queries through simple configuration actions.The model provides a fuzzy search,data value comparison,preliminary selection with between,null judgement,interval juegement and other search conditions.It provides two kinds of table join methods,including internal and external connections.It allows the user to customize the result set mapping target,control sort mode.In addition,the query results are displayed and exported by paging.The statistical configuration model provides a variety of aggregate functions that allow users to group,aggregate any fields in the database,and allow users to filter the results.The model proposes the concept of conditional group,a conditional group can include multiple conditions and corresponds to a set of lines.Users can establish multiple condition groups for comparative analysis.Statistical function configuration model supports sorted by field values and the statistical results,and provides many graphical display modes such as pie,line and bar chart,allowing users to export statistical data and graphics.Both the query and the statistical function configuration model allows the user to keep the configured information in a functional manner,so that it can be used directly next time.According to the usage frequency and computational complexity of data,the system also provides common query and statistical functions to realize one-click operation,so users can see the statistical results after the menu been clicked.This system is builted based on mySql database.The query and statistical function configuration model use B/S mode and JSF.The commonly used query and statistical functions adopt two modes:B/S and C/S.Moreover,the system relies on the echarts that is an open source visualization library for data presentation.The query statistics system described in this paper is simple in user operation and has universality and reusability.Users can build a new query and statistics function in a short time with a simple configuration.This system has been running on the graduate service platform for a period.The feedback of all aspects is good,and the efficiency of the management staff is improved.
