Within our provincial national tax system, training program is the basis ofimproving the quality of our cadres, enhancing the vitality of our group, ensuring thedevelopment of tax collection and administration work. In order to improve the trainingprogram, we must notice the registration work which the quality will affect the result oftraining. In recent years, more than a hundred thousand cadres will take part into thetraining program per year within our system, which have involved so many units fromdifferent places, but the traditional manual registration has caused problems like lowefficiency, error-prone, meanwhile, the manual registration also can’t analysis the wholeregistration work, and the delivering of the training plan from upper levels is lack ofscience. The main propose of this paper is to realize the informatization of registrationwork, to lighten the pressure of registration work, to improve the quality of registrationwork, and to make the whole management scientific and meticulous.This paper has used the NET framework,VS2008tools and the technology of OOPto invent the Sichuan Province national tax system training application software. Thestructure of the software is B/S and its server has been placed at Provincial National TaxBureau that users can both visit and operate through provincial tax industry networks.This paper is going to discuss the design and development of data processing andsystem management of Sichuan Province national tax system training applicationsoftware. The operation data processing will include establishing training classes,defining the contents, confirming the allocation of cadres and ensuring registration work,and so on; while the data maintenance will include information maintenance of trainingclass, tax authorities, cadres.This paper has mainly achieved goals like: First, the software has improved thequality and efficiency after the application of this software. Compared with the manualwork, the one-week manual operation workload will be completed within two days withthe software, and the efficiency has been improved more than two times. At the sametime, mistakes of allocation and class management have also reduced dramatically.Second, the operation of this software is convenient with many kinds of requirements through operation data processing model without writing other program codes, whichhas lighten the workload of program maintenance. Third, the software is simple,providing users clear operation-interfaces. Ordinary staffs can operate the softwareskillfully after some training, which is benefit for spreading and increasing the users.
