Development Of College Teacher Management Information System

Faculty management is an important link in the administrative management of colleges and universities.In today's information age,information management technology has been widely applied,and information management is more deeply involved in education teaching,assets and funds,performance appraisal and other management work of colleges and universities.In the past,the teacher file information management was mainly realized by the personnel office of colleges and universities through the combination of Word document,Execl table and other relatively intelligent office tools and manual statistics.In the management process,there are some shortcomings,such as low work efficiency and easy to make mistakes and leak.This management mode has been unable to adapt to the actual development needs of colleges and universities.Along with the institutions of higher learning education reform,colleges and universities also informationization advancement speeding up unceasingly,scale of higher education in colleges and universities and teachers under the condition of more and more big,how to better manage work and teacher team,realize the standardized,scientific and rational management become the important problem to be solved.Teacher management information system is an important guarantee for colleges and universities to realize scientific and standardized teacher management,and plays a very important role in the process of school information construction.Referring to the design concept of the author,B/S architecture was selected in the design process of this paper to communicate with the client script framework through the server.After the functional analysis of the teacher management information system,the author used the object-oriented design tool Power Design to complete the system modeling operation.In addition,the corresponding model evaluation indexes are worked out for the system analysis,and corresponding examples are created from the model to better verify the effectiveness and rationality of the model design.The author mainly completed the following tasks in the research process: first,analyzed the specific situation of the current teacher management system,determined the significance and purpose of the system research;Secondly,by analyzing the specific situation of the system,the corresponding model is created by selecting the appropriate program development platform and software design technology.The system's program development environment is Microsoft Studio 2010,and asp.Thirdly,it establishes a good communication relationship with users,clarifies the specific requirements,creates use cases and clarifies the specific data structure,and further improves and optimizes the application system.Fourth,combing the content such as systematic system,understand the specific function of the system,make the business work efficiency are significantly increased,and finally to make the system have the file information,recruitment information management,training management,strengthen moral standards of evaluation information management,performance appraisal management and so on five big function module;Fifth,this paper analyzes the problem from the perspective of solving problems.Based on the development technology and software design,this paper carries out the specific modeling and coding implementation process.The realized functions mainly include the teacher recruitment management,teacher file management,teacher ethics evaluation management and other related businesses.Finally,the test case design is carried out to ensure that all functions can function normally after being put into use.
