With the development of computer technology and network technology, distributedprocessing, concurrent implementation of technology to become a hot spot of computerresearch.In the database field, able to handle distributed geographically distributed databasesystem with database management features to become a major research direction. Accordingto the actual needs of the Liaohe Oilfield, oil and gas gathering and transportation company,joint station, upper management department, were distributed database maintenancetechnology applied research, program design and the combination of oil and gas gathering andtransportation of PDMS (production design management system) project for some the keytechnologies are discussed and achieved.The main contents of this thesis are several key issues in the distributed databasemaintenance technology. Including general-purpose distributed database maintenance tooldesign, distributed database table primary-foreign key values reflect the cascade triggertechnology, Oracle9i Database Advanced Replication feature data between distributeddatabase consistency maintenance Oracle9i database backup and recovery capabilities todevelop actual project backup and recovery strategy. Difficulties for the dynamic changes ofthe application systems development in the data structure in the past, the application programyou have to change the system, this paper presents a general model. This model makes theapplication system has nothing to do with the number of tables, i.e. on the data models can bearbitrarily inserted into a table, and to delete a table; can also be independent of the structureof the table, i.e. modify the structure of the table can be arbitrarily and dynamically Accordingto this structure automatically generate input plug, delete, change maintenance interface. Thismodel is not only suitable for the project, but also has a universal significance. Sections alsodiscusses the triggers technology, site data replication technology, Oracle9i database backupand recovery technology, and combined with the actual application example is given.On the basis of in-depth study of these theories a unique universal maintenance tool ofdistributed database is achieved, Oracle9i relational database is used as a background tool,and the foreground is Pb8.0development tools,.The experiment illustrates the good effect ofthe system.
