Chengde City Employment Information Management System Desing And Implementation

Employment is the basis of people’s livelihood. Employment fund is policyoriented and involves large amounts, multiple expenditure projects, and widebeneficiaries. Over30cities leading by Beijing have established EmploymentInformation Management System (EIMS) in China. This article analyzes someadvanced employment information management modes to study an EIMS, which fulfilsfrom a street to a district, then to a city and a province. We develop EIMS of ChengDe,which is a SOA structure system frame based on J2EE technology. The platform usesSOA frame technology, DWR remote call technology, Oracle database technology, andJ2EE technology. It stores, back-ups, inquires local employment informationregistration and variation and related policy information with Oracle databasetechnology. It also realizes a function of remote transmitting among the rural, thedistrict, the city and the province, and of requiring data information.This system has already been implemented at the Human Resources and SocialSecurity Bureau of Chengde, and has played a certain role. At the beginning of thearticle we put forward some knowledge of the construction of the EIMS, analyze itsadvantages and disadvantages, discuss the choices of system exploitation platformaccording to the employment situation of Chengde and the needs, goals, requirementsand technology standards of constructing an EIMS platform. By doing this, we designthe main structure and the subsystem function modules of the EIMS of Chengde, andthen analyze in detail the contents of its system data and construction concernscombining the data of the employed and unemployed in Chengde. Moreover, we designthe database system according to the platform. Finally, we introduce the procedure andmanagement mode of employment information management. We prove that the EIMSplatform has great practicality through some actual implements of it in some certaincases. It achieves the purpose of precise network management using informationtechnology to promote employment management efficiently and rapidly. Theconstruction of the EIMS platform of Chengde should have certain reference value tothe choice of technology, the establishment of the system platform and the construction of database of the digital work of Chengde.
