Design And Implementation Of Tap Water Company Application Installation System Based On Workflow

Installation system of pipeline and water meter is core business of tap watercompany. It is difficulty to automatize management and coordination of installationsystem for its complication, process cumbersome and not being leader’s attention. Atpresent, there is no any recognized automatized installation system. In order to improveefficiency and automation level of tap water company, establishing an effectiveinstallation system with strong function and good performance for tap water companybecomes more and more important.To meet the business requirement of tap water company, the thesis implements aninstallation system for tap water company by workflow technology and officeautomation technology. The system consists of nine function modules includingbusiness transaction, drawing design, business survey and dispatching, verification andvalidation, project payment, construction schedule tracking, final acceptance, watermeter installation and installation query. The main works of this thesis are as follows.(1) A requirement model of installation system for tap water company is created.This thesis mainly uses the user interviews and joint requirement forum to getrequirement acquisition. It describes the system functional requirements,non-functional requirements, business needs, user requirements and design constraintsin detail, furtherly defined the system requirements.(2) A function workflow model of installation system is created based on TBAC.This thesis adopts the interactive mode of workflow technology to design systeminterface according to user right. The system gives task list of each user.(3) A data model of installation system is created. The system’s database isdesigned based on data flow diagram, data dictionary and E-R map.(4) Preliminary design of the installation system is discussed. The thesisestablishes a task list of the system related personnel according to the system use casediagram, and draws flow chart of each function module from the perspective of thestrictly abide by the software engineering. (5) This thesis proposes some methods to solve some key and difficult problems onthe installation system, including the user permissions, bulk import EXCEL data,drawings uploading, the definition of data operation classes, and given the systemscreenshots of main functions.(6) This thesis gives a more complete testing for the function, performance,availability, client compatibility, security and other aspects of the system, and gives thedetailed functional test cases, the analysis of test results, and the overall systemevaluation.Application of installation system for tap water company based on workflow, hasbrought great convenience for charging service throughout the entire process of realtime control and tracking, performed on various business processing and coordination,enhanced the water company office efficiency, reduced the error probability, improvedthe company’s informatization level to some extent, and made customers recognizedhighly. But also played critical role in the enterprise modernization and management oftap water company, fully embodied the service concept and management level of the"tap water enterprise digital supply".
